Dear Doro Members,

Some wines are simply limited. Others can never be made again.

This year’s Doro Release celebrates two namesake wines that capture a moment in the history of Perissos, moments that can never be repeated.

2020 Oliver, named after Seth’s grandfather and the Martin’s first-born son, Luke, who bears Oliver as his middle name, is unlike anything we’ve ever produced. Crafted from every single red cultivar we worked with during the 2020 vintage, it represents an entire harvest in one bottle. Every vineyard, every variety, every lesson from that remarkable year comes together in a single wine. There will never be another Oliver.

2023 Jillianico marks the final vintage from our original estate library block. Named after our daughter, Jillian, this extraordinary blend of Montepulciano, Dolcetto, and Aglianico is the last expression of vines that have helped define Perissos for years. Once these bottles are gone, this chapter of our estate is closed forever.

Together, these wines embody what Doro has always stood for, discovering and sharing something extraordinary, unexpected, and impossible to recreate.

The evening will feature an incredible culinary experience by Pearl Snap Cuisine, including a whole pig roast and five curated stations, each thoughtfully designed to complement the wines being poured.

This isn’t simply a wine release. It’s a celebration of the stories, the people, and the vintages that have shaped Perissos.
