2023 Cuvée Blanc
Cuvée Blanc marries the stone fruit and white flower aromatics of Viognier with the rich, honeyed body of Marsanne and the clean golden apple and pear hints of Roussanne to create a wonderfully complex, balanced white wine. The medium gold color complements a nose of honeysuckle, peach, apricot, pear, and honey with warm spice notes. The mouth feel is full and viscous with medium acidity. Essences of tree and stone fruit are balanced by citrus rind, honeycomb, and baking spice from oak and Acacia aging. The finish is clean and lingering, with peach, citrus rind, and honey. Rich shellfish and seafood dishes, creamy chicken preparations, and tagines are natural accompaniments.

2023 Mourvèdre Rosé
High Plains Mourvèdre grapes yield a light salmon colored wine with a nose of floral rose petal, peach, watermelon, and strawberry. The mouth feel is light, crisp, and refreshing, full of bright stone fruit, red flowers, strawberry, and citrus pith from the balanced acidity. Fruit and flower notes linger on the finish, making this a great accompaniment for appetizer charcuterie, white meats, fresh-water fish like trout, and a variety of salads and vegetarian terrines.

2022 Sangiovese
Comprised of 100% Sangiovese, grown in the texas High Plains at Lahey Vineyards in Terry County. Sangiovese is notorious for notes of tart cherry, strawberry, and dried roses. Reflecting the warm Texas growing location, our Tuscan is a brilliant medium ruby hue with garnet notes, and introduces itself with a nose of red and black cherry, tea leaf and hints of leather, vanilla, baking spice, and earth. The mouth feel is clean with juicy red fruit, medium tannins, and bright acidity followed by a clean finish.

2024 Aglianico (COMING SOON)
We’re proud of our Aglianico’s long standing reputation in the wine drinking community, and the new 2024 vintage carries on this tradition exceedingly well. This wine presents a rich, tawny ruby hue and an intense nose full of cherry, plum, and baking spice with smoky vanilla and cocoa hints thanks to two years of European and American oak aging. The full palate weight is balanced by crisp acidity and big yet rounded tannins complimenting the red fruit and spice aromatics. The finish is clean with lingering fruit, making this wine a natural complement for everything from grilled steaks and other red meats to tomato sauce based Italian cuisine, hearty braises and stews, aged hard cheeses, and charcuterie.
